BOUND© 3 in, Will be fine for 12 and 14' box jumps but not 16 - too little in my opinion

A few days earlier. I'm looking for information on the BOUND 3 in 1 Wood Puzzle Plyometric Box - Great for CrossFit Training,, so i would like to bring a story to tell.

I'ved used the box for about a week now. appears to be solid and I'm happy with my choice. the 12/14/16 is a great box for 5 ' 5 "woman. Assembly was easy, you'll want a rubber hammer and drill.
