so give this 5 stars right off the bat. I've done my share of box jumps and know right away a good box. I'm 235 lbs. After I put together I jumped on it (of corse) solid as a rock. If this thing breaks is not because of shoddy construction or quality of wood. I was going to take a box of Roag out their web sight. that is what I use to jump on. but shipping costs!! This box I found positive reviews and earned. I noticed that a lot of the other reviews said its hard to read numbers

is a box stable. the wood was not sanded smooth as I would like so it was a little rough to handle during the drafting. It's a good thing I know how to put things together because the instructions aren't really instructions at all. write the numbers on the pieces to show you what goes together, but many of them do not match the "instructions". It wasn't hard to see though. overall I like it.

This box is built well enough. I use ups with a weight, that gets my heart rate going pretty quickly. the Plyo boxes that I had been looking at this before buying, all mount requests. This was immediately ready for use out of the box. was the deciding factor in purchasing the box. It has become an invaluable tool in my home gym.

good product, strong, good weight and a nice touch of color. the only warning or complaint is that it's a bit out of balance. others complained of a "swing" on this item and it is true that when I pulled it out and put it on my concrete basement floor had a swing for this perfectly square. but when I put it on my carpeted floor home gym .... no swing, OK. so I guess I just put this out there for future buyers of this item.

excellent choice for the money. some of the arms of the foot broke during installation. This was probably my fault as I was using an electric drill to tighten screws. There are only enough T-nuts to set the bolt on holds once, so if you want to further selection of itineraries, I would recommend buying an additional packages of t-nuts.

tons of fun! I run a leader with para cord and hang them just from that. they work very well, but trees in the Texas hill country our trees are quite thick. they are sturdy enough to last, but thin enough to bend around. you could hang them from whatever you want. the clip of pigeon dissolve over time, but nothing a bit of good ole will not solve. I use these for .22 target practice, and with a 22 caliber shot normally only breaks the bottom half. that is nice
