so give this 5 stars right off the bat. I've done my share of box jumps and know right away a good box. I'm 235 lbs. After I put together I jumped on it (of corse) solid as a rock. If this thing breaks is not because of shoddy construction or quality of wood. I was going to take a box of Roag out their web sight. that is what I use to jump on. but shipping costs!! This box I found positive reviews and earned. I noticed that a lot of the other reviews said its hard to read numbers

I have to admit I was a little intimidated when I realized that I had to put the box together but after that my wife helped me to understand how it went together that I jumped directly with glue and chisel in hand .... the sides fit together very well. I tried this weekend with a cross-fit training and it worked perfectly, strong and sturdy

is a box stable. the wood was not sanded smooth as I would like so it was a little rough to handle during the drafting. It's a good thing I know how to put things together because the instructions aren't really instructions at all. write the numbers on the pieces to show you what goes together, but many of them do not match the "instructions". It wasn't hard to see though. overall I like it.
